What is our return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However, due to our safety and hygiene precautions, we do NOT offer returns/refunds after someone has already worn or bought our pieces. All sales after shipment are final. For custom orders, customers are updated with additional pictures to ensure their customized pieces are to their liking before shipment.

Are purchases final sale?

Due to hygiene and safety precautions, we are unable to accept returns/refunds on any items that are already shipped. Therefore, all items after shipment are final.

When will my order arrive?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that custom orders can take 3-7 weeks before shipment.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We take pride in handcrafting our pieces and making all items with love, care, and passion. This ensures our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. All U.S. orders over $150 receive free shipping.

How to Measure

Follow these simple steps to find your perfect size:

  • Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest, keeping the tape measure parallel to the ground.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where your body naturally bends.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8-9 inches below your waist.
  • Length: For dresses and tops, measure from the shoulder down to where you want the garment to end.
  • Inseam: For pants, measure from the inside of your thigh down to your ankle.

For the most accurate measurements, wear fitted clothing and have someone help you if possible. Keep the tape measure snug but not tight.

Shipping: Once your order is shipped, Jewelry By JadeMarie is no longer in the hands of the package. Therefore, not responsible for damage, altercation, or stolen packages while in the process of shipment/delivery. Please visit the shipping handler using the tracking number provided by Jewelry By JadeMarie for delivery updates.

Returns & Refunds: For safety and hygiene reasons, Jewelry By JadeMarie does NOT resell any jewelry after someone has already worn or bought it. Therefore, after a purchase has been shipped- there are absolutely no returns or refunds.

The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a second e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched and which contains the relevant tracking number (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation will also list each product being dispatched and the final price (inclusive of taxes, shipping and handling charges). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
